New Home Builder - Trillium Communities Owner Dean Conn & Family

Trillium Communities

Trillium Communities is wholly-owned by Dean Conn, real estate developer of Crawford Creek. Trillium started its new construction business in Atlanta at Stillwood Farms in 2005 and in Tyler Woods Subdivision in Evans, GA in 2007. In 2008, Trillium began construction on its luxury town homes for sale in Brookhaven at Crawford Creek and the craftsman-style homes for sale in The Cherokee at Crawford Creek.

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in business in 1986, Dean began his business career by joining his father and brother at Kesco, Inc., a rock-blasting company located near Pittsburgh, PA, which his father had purchased ten years earlier and which now has been in business for more than 50 years. Throughout the 1990s, Dean expanded Kesco to include operations in Buffalo, Toronto and Atlanta.

Upon moving to Atlanta in 1997, Dean eventually purchased Kesco from his father and renamed it Kesco Dynamics. He still operates Kesco Dynamics and has grown the company to be the largest blasting contractor in the state of Georgia.

In 2005 Dean began to pursue his life-long passion of residential community development. At that time he was persuaded that the Augusta real estate market would welcome a new community with the type of grand entranceways and spectacular amenity centers similar to those in the most sought-after new communities in the Atlanta market. The result is that Dean’s vision for Crawford Creek is quickly becoming a reality. The first phase of Crawford Creek is well underway and the reviews are in: Crawford Creek is Columbia County’s most unique and beautiful new residential communities.

Crawford Creek currently features 2-story town homes and single- family homes with a variety of European- and Craftsman-inspired architectural styles at competitive price points. Once you’ve visited Crawford Creek in Evans, you’ll understand why it is quickly becoming one of the most desired new addresses in Columbia County.
