Crawford Creek is a new home community conveniently located in Evans, GA -- less than 10 minutes from the Interstate, shopping, dining, medical facilities, Ft. Gordon and the county government complex. It is the largest unincorporated town in Columbia County and is considered a suburb of Augusta, GA – which is the 2nd largest metropolitan area in the state of Georgia.
Evans was ranked in 2005 by CNN/Money Magazine as the 32nd Best Place to Live in America. Among the 20 southeastern cities that made the magazine’s top 100 list, Evans placed 2nd only behind Peachtree City, GA. In 2007, the adjacent town of Martinez was ranked at No. 76 out of 100.
